equipment recycling
End of life is important
If we are not able to restore the old equipment, its life cycle has come to an end. We disassemble and reuse the materials for new equipment. Demolition is an essential part of the life cycle, especially in terms of emissions.
We use all possible materials
We keep our carbon footprint small
we recycle all the equipment models we make
When the waste press is dismantled, the different materials are carefully separated. This allows materials to be recycled and reused in industry, which in turn reduces the need for extraction and processing of new raw materials. With recycling, we significantly reduce the burden on the environment and support the principles of the circular economy.
If it has left our factory, we will also take it back.
We also recycle equipment from other manufacturers
Recycling is an environmental act

Yes, all typical types of waste can be compressed; even bio-waste can be used to separate the liquids and fill every corner of the container. Even scrap metal can be sealed on a pickup truck, as long as the machine is of the right type in relation to the use. However, high-density waste fractions such as contaminated soil or crushed stone from mining operations cannot be compressed. We recommend that you contact us about your needs and we will find a solution.
The service life of the device depends a lot on which fraction of waste it is used for extrusion, how large the volume of waste to be compressed is, and how the device is maintained and used.
