Description of the project
In restaurants, most of the raw materials and products come packaged in packaging plastics and cardboard, so there is plenty of packaging material. Customers want the dishes as quickly as possible to the table, which is otherwise pacey in the restaurant; there is really no time for anything extra, and even worse, the space. For the client, the challenge was the placement of waste management equipment; no equipment could be accommodated inside the premises of any restaurant inside the property and the courtyard was so cramped that there was nothing to pick up a pickup truck from there. Kapasity proposed and delivered a solution in which the Tunnel double packer we manufactured would be custom-made so that it would fit in the courtyard of the property and be used by all restaurants operating on the property to collect the energy fraction and plastic:
